End-User License Agreement

This EULA governs how you may install and use Off/One Dev, our hosted software platform.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access Off/One Dev for the sole purpose of operating your portfolio and related integrations.

The license ends automatically if you materially breach the EULA or fail to pay applicable fees.

2. Permitted Use

You may create, edit, and publish developer portfolios, connect integrations, and export analytics for your own business or employer.

You may not resell Off/One Dev, offer it as a managed service to third parties, or create competing products based on our code or UI.

3. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to access source code except where explicitly permitted by mandatory law.

You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, perform security testing without prior consent, or upload malicious content.

4. Updates & Feedback

We may push automatic updates or configuration changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Feedback, feature requests, or bug reports may be used without obligation or attribution; you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such input.

5. Third-Party Services

Integrations such as GitHub, LinkedIn, or analytics APIs remain subject to their own terms. You must comply with those policies and maintain valid credentials.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Off/One Dev is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability arising out of this EULA is limited to the fees you paid during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach the EULA, misuse integrations, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination you must stop using the software, disconnect integrations, and delete any local copies of proprietary resources.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by German law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
