This document explains how we collect, process, and protect personal data when you use Off/One Dev.
The following overview explains which personal data we process when you visit Off/One Dev, why we do so, and what rights you have.
Some data is provided directly by you (e.g., when creating an account); other data is collected automatically for security and analytics once you open the site.
We use the data to deliver the service, analyze stability, prepare contractual offers, and – with consent – improve the product.
This website is operated on servers provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.
In addition to application data, the host stores IP addresses, metadata, and access logs that are required to serve the site securely and efficiently.
Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Hetzner.

The controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
You may request access, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing at any time. You can also withdraw consent with effect for the future or lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Where consent is required, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Contract execution uses Art. 6(1)(b); legitimate interests such as security use Art. 6(1)(f).
We store personal data only as long as the respective purpose applies. Statutory retention obligations (e.g., tax law) remain unaffected.
If you purchase premium features, payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland.
Stripe receives information necessary to complete the transaction (billing details, payment method, IP address). Further information is available at stripe.com/privacy.
We use essential cookies to operate the site and optional cookies (analytics, A/B tests) only with your consent. You can manage preferences via the cookie banner or browser settings.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for necessary cookies and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG for consent-based cookies.
When enabled, we analyze usage patterns to improve Off/One Dev. These evaluations are statistical and pseudonymized.
Integrated services such as YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode), Font Awesome (self-hosted), Google Maps, and hCaptcha follow their respective privacy terms. We rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
If you subscribe to our newsletter we process your email address on the basis of consent according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may unsubscribe at any time.
To prevent future mailings we may store your address on a suppression list for an unlimited period unless you object.
