These terms describe your rights and responsibilities while using Off/One Dev.
By accessing or using Off/One Dev you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that you accept these Terms & Conditions.
We may update these terms to reflect product changes, new regulations, or security requirements. Significant changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
Off/One Dev provides hosted portfolio pages, analytics, integrations, and optional automation features. Service availability may vary by plan.
We may introduce new functionality or retire legacy features to maintain reliability. Deprecated features will remain available for a reasonable transition period.
You must provide accurate information during sign-up and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately so we can lock the account and help you regain control.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are billed in advance for the selected term and are non-refundable unless required by mandatory law.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in your dashboard. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.
Prohibited activities include hosting illegal content, distributing malware, spamming, or mining personal data without consent.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By publishing a portfolio you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver that content through Off/One Dev.
You must ensure that your content does not infringe third-party rights and that you have permission to display any logos, trademarks, or media assets.
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU/German data protection laws.
API tokens, analytics data, and personal information are stored using industry-standard security controls and are never sold to third parties.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, misuse integrations, or fail to pay subscription fees.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination your hosted content may be removed and backups deleted after 30 days.
Off/One Dev is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by German law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
